📝 About the Role

Symetra is looking for a Benefits Specialist to support existing clients across its Life, Disability, Absence Management, and Supplemental Health insurance products. You’ll manage accounts (100–499 lives), drive renewal success, and ensure high-quality service delivery in partnership with sales and internal teams.

This is a key client-facing role where you’ll help maintain satisfaction and retention across Symetra’s in-force group insurance business.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing relationships with clients and brokers

  • Coordinate renewals and ensure smooth onboarding

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues

  • Deliver excellent support for up to mid-sized accounts

  • Ensure compliance with product and service expectations

  • Support sales in building strong, long-term partnerships

📌 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools

  • Sales-minded and detail-oriented

  • Strong multitasking and time management skills

  • Preferred: Experience in benefits administration or group insurance
