📝 About the Role

Toggl is looking for a results-driven, forward-thinking Head of Product to guide its evolution from a time-tracking tool into a powerful suite of SaaS products. You'll lead a global product team during a high-growth phase (from $20M to $50M ARR), aligning strategy, innovation, and user experience.

🚀 Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy aligned with company growth goals

  • Drive product-led growth in B2B SaaS (SMBs & upmarket segments)

  • Use data, A/B testing, and customer insights for optimization

  • Champion lean research methods and customer-centric design

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales & CS to enhance acquisition and retention

  • Mentor product managers and designers; lead by example

  • Accelerate execution with scalable, MVP-focused processes

  • Proven leadership in product-led growth for B2B SaaS

  • Strong strategic thinking + hands-on execution ability

  • Experience scaling product teams and aligning cross-functional efforts

  • Passion for beautiful customer experiences and data-driven decisions

  • Strong collaboration and mentoring skills

  • Experience with product analytics and experimentation
