Role Summary
As a Research Associate, you’ll support experienced analysts in delivering top-tier investment research to institutional clients. The role requires sharp analytical skills, a strong quantitative background, and a team-driven but independent mindset.
Key Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in investment research, banking, consulting, or accounting
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting preferred
Advanced Excel and quantitative analysis skills
Python or other programming language proficiency
Strong communication, writing, and presentation abilities
Team player with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
