🚀 The Opportunity

As a Meta Ads Media Buyer, you will fully own paid social strategy across Meta platforms, handling end-to-end campaign execution and optimization. You'll also help launch Meta Ads for a new sub-brand in 2026 — offering long-term upside as contribution profit grows.

✅ Responsibilities

  • Build & manage Meta ad campaigns (prospecting + retargeting)

  • Test & refresh creative regularly (briefing in-house therapists/designers)

  • Repurpose winning creatives to TikTok & YouTube Shorts

  • Track results via Triple Whale (ROAS, MER, CAC, contribution profit)

  • Stay compliant with Meta Health & Wellness ad policies

  • Contribute to broader growth strategy for Black Friday/Cyber Monday and beyond

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years managing $50k+/mo Meta Ad spend for U.S. DTC or info product brands

  • Mastery of Meta Ads policies, creative analysis, and attribution shifts

  • Passion for learning via podcasts, paid groups, Twitter, and AI tools

  • Google Ads experience is a plus

  • Strong communicator & independent worker with a builder mindset
