📌 Job Description:
SOAR is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner who excels at asking the right questions to uncover and document business requirements effectively. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, playing a pivotal role in the success of SOAR’s product development.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Management:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs
Create detailed documentation and user stories
Maintain a well-groomed product backlog aligned with business goals
Stakeholder Management:
Be the primary point of contact for product requirements
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders
Represent customer and business needs across teams
Manage scope, timelines, and trade-offs
🎯 Requirements:
7+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager (Fintech industry)
Proven experience launching successful fintech products
Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent analytical and documentation skills (esp. PRDs)
Experience with Jira for backlog management
Strong communication & collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
