Your job is to live transfer at least 8 qualified leads per week to our Closers.
Top Responsibilities:
- Determine in under 6 minutes if a prospect has a pain point and is ready to sell
- Make 300+ calls per day using our power dialer to connect with past prospects
- Update the CRM after each conversation to keep our system running smoothly
A typical day looks like this:
You’ll start with our 8:30 AM EST morning huddle, reviewing yesterday’s results and sharpening your sales skills. After training, you’ll be on the phone, power dialing sellers and uncovering new opportunities. The sales team takes an hour lunch break at 12:30 PM EST, and the day wraps up at 5:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

- Complete our self-onboarding and daily training
- Hit at least one of these daily: 2 live transfers, 25 conversations, or 300 calls
- Deliver 8 qualified live transfers per week
