🚀 About the Role

This is a player-coach role where you'll first master the sales process yourself, then hire and lead a team of closers and setters. You’ll be responsible for sales outcomes, training, team growth, and collaborating closely with founders.

🧩 The Role Has 3 Phases:

  1. Master the Machine: Learn the system, sharpen your skills, close deals, and audit existing processes.

  2. Build the Team: Hire and train 4–6 reps, lead sales meetings, and optimize performance.

  3. Own the Department: Scale revenue, team growth, and sales infrastructure — with a voice in strategic decisions.
