🎯 Responsibilities
📞 Conduct high-volume outreach (calls, texts, emails) to prospective customers.
✅ Qualify inbound and outbound leads and assess fit.
📅 Book and confirm consultation meetings.
💻 Keep records up-to-date in HubSpot CRM.
🔁 Follow up with prospects quickly (within 1–2 hours).
🤝 Work closely with Account Executives.
📈 Meet daily/weekly outreach & booking targets.
💡 Share insights and ideas with the team.

☎️ 90+ quality touches daily (calls, texts, emails).
📊 High consult booking and show rates.
🧾 Accurate data entry & lead qualification.
🙌 Openness to feedback and trying new approaches.
✅ Requirements
🧠 1+ year experience in a BDR/SDR or similar sales role (healthtech/SaaS preferred).
🎯 Goal-driven and energetic.
🗂️ Proactive, organized, dependable.
🗣️ Strong communication skills.
🛠️ Quick to learn tools like HubSpot, SalesMsg, etc.
