🔧 What You’ll Do
Design and ship exceptional product experiences across web, iOS, and Android
Work closely with product, design, research, engineering, and content teams
Lead projects from concept to execution with attention to UX, visual, and interaction design
Contribute to and evolve the AllTrails design system
Use data, user feedback, and testing to inform design decisions
Work on trail discovery, navigation, and growth initiatives
Collaborate within a strong, tight-knit design team
✅ Requirements
5–7 years of product design experience (iOS, Android, and Web)
High-level UX, UI, and interaction design skills
Strong portfolio showing design thinking and final output
Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently
Data-driven mindset with research & testing experience
Passion for the outdoors 🌄
Comfortable with AI tools to boost design and productivity 🧠🤖
Experience with inclusive and accessible design
🌟 Nice to Have
Background in both large and small companies or agencies
