About the Role
Crisp is seeking a UI/UX Designer to take full ownership of its design system across products—chat widget, web app, website, and third-party integrations. With 10 years of in-house design, the team is now ready for a full-time design expert to bring clarity, consistency, and creativity to the user experience.

Whether you’re based remotely or in Nantes (France), you’ll be a key part of shaping the next chapter of Crisp’s growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Design seamless, elegant UI/UX for Crisp’s platform

  • Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system

  • Collaborate closely with developers to bring concepts to life

  • Improve UI across products with both major redesigns and small improvements

  • Create designs that work in the real world—not just on Dribbble

  • Ensure long-term visual and functional consistency

What They’re Looking For

  • Strong UI/UX portfolio with real shipped products

  • SaaS design experience

  • Passion for pixel-perfect interfaces and attention to detail

  • Skilled with Sketch or Figma

  • Experience designing for web apps and responsive websites

  • Collaborative team spirit and strong communication

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
