About the Role
MailerLite is on the hunt for a Web Designer to join its Marketing Design Team. You'll create engaging, user-friendly digital experiences—from landing pages to social media visuals—while playing a key role in optimizing the brand’s digital presence.

What You’ll Work On

  • Design and build responsive website and landing pages

  • Create various digital assets: illustrations, presentations, visuals, etc.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless design-functionality integration

  • Audit and optimize the website's design and usability

  • Maintain a centralized design asset and template library

What They’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of UI/UX design experience

  • Proficiency in Figma for web design

  • Skilled in creating high-converting landing pages

  • Experience designing diverse assets: banners, animations, lead magnets, etc.

  • Ability to implement designs using HTML/CSS

  • Excellent communication in English

  • Must have 4-hour overlap with CET time zone

Bonus Points For

  • Familiarity with Git

  • Experience with TailwindCSS or Bootstrap

  • Experience using Statamic CMS

  • Copywriting skills

  • JavaScript knowledge
