💼 About the Role
We’re hiring B2B Support Specialists (HCF Agents) to act as frontline account managers for healthcare facilities. This is not a traditional call center job — you’ll proactively solve client issues, prevent churn, and ensure a seamless experience for our business customers.

✅ What You’ll Do
- 📞 Own and resolve customer issues end-to-end — act as the primary support contact for healthcare facilities via phone and email.
- 🔒 Prevent churn & drive retention — identify issues early and work with internal teams to retain customers.
- 📧 Engage in real-time problem-solving — handle at least 30 calls + 15 email tickets daily, focusing on real solutions (not quick fixes).
- ⚡ Work independently in a fast-paced environment — we want self-starters who don’t need micromanagement.
