🔹 About the Role
My VA Support is hiring a CRM Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Zoho, HighLevel Marketing, Zapier, and other CRM platforms. You’ll play a key role in optimizing customer relationship management systems, designing automated campaigns, and driving engagement through data-driven insights.
🔹 Responsibilities
📌 Administer & optimize CRM systems to improve operations and customer relations
📌 Design & manage automated marketing campaigns (lead nurturing, engagement, conversions)
📌 Analyze performance & provide insights to improve productivity
📌 Collaborate with teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives
📌 Implement & manage integrations with Zapier and third-party apps
🕘 Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (Eastern Time)
🔹 Requirements
✅ Proficiency in CRM & marketing automation platforms (Zoho, HighLevel, Zapier, Square)
✅ Strong expertise in Zapier integrations
✅ Bilingual: English & Spanish (C1 level)
✅ 2–4 years of relevant experience
✅ Strong analytical skills + ability to explain reports
✅ Familiarity with HTML, CSS, SQL, or AMPscrip (a plus)
✅ Independent problem solver with strong organizational skills
✅ Understanding of project management principles
✅ Proficient in Google Suite
