🎯 Role Overview
VivSoft is hiring a Senior Customer Relations Manager (CRM) to own client relationships end-to-end. You’ll be the primary point of contact, drive consistent communications, manage escalations, and ensure deliverables meet defined objectives, metrics, and SLAs. You’ll partner closely with internal teams to translate customer requirements into action, track satisfaction, and roll out improvements that keep services on target.
📝 What You’ll Do
🤝 Lead customer communications and nurture long-term partnerships.
🛡️ Triage and resolve escalations quickly and professionally.
📊 Define, track, and report on KPIs/SLAs and performance objectives.
🧩 Coordinate with delivery teams to align solutions to requirements.
📈 Monitor engagement and implement continuous improvements.
🗂️ Use PM tools to manage IT service delivery and customer-facing projects.
🔄 Facilitate change management aligned to org and customer goals.
📝 Create clear reports, decks, and documentation for stakeholders.
✅ Minimum Requirements
5+ years in customer relationship management roles.
10+ years combined across industry/government/consulting.
Proven IT project management experience using Microsoft toolsets.
Strong understanding of IT services/strategy.
Proficiency with Excel and Access.
Advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
Demonstrated organizational change management experience.
