🎯 About the Role
Breezy HR is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Agent who can support and delight their global customer base. This role is all about communication, empathy, and problem-solving — helping customers use Breezy effectively and ensuring their recruiting processes run smoothly. You’ll be working remotely on a 10am–7pm EST schedule, providing support, answering questions, and escalating issues when necessary.
📝 Key Responsibilities
💬 Provide daily support to customers via chat, email, and calls.
🧭 Walk customers through processes, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
🆘 Escalate more complex technical problems to specialized teams.
📈 Track metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction.
🕵️ Identify trends in customer issues and contribute to training resources.
🤝 Spot opportunities for demos or advanced support.

💻 Comfortable with technology, SaaS, and HR/recruiting tools.
