💵 Compensation
$1,000 USD monthly draw
100% commission (draw or commission, whichever is higher)
First-year OTE for top reps: $4,500/month
Average first-year OTE: $3,000/month

📞 Handle inbound calls and explain credit improvement options
🤝 Provide consultations and enroll clients in services if suitable
🎯 Hit daily KPIs, client targets, and revenue goals
