🚀 About the Role
BaxEnergy is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to help us maintain, optimize, and automate CI/CD pipelines and software systems. We need someone passionate about DevOps, databases, and infrastructure reliability. If you’re enthusiastic about code quality and supporting engineering growth, we’d love to meet you!
🔧 What You’ll Do
Infrastructure: Build, maintain, and update the tech stack to ensure smooth operations.
Process Optimization: Enhance processes for product infrastructure maintenance and support.
Automation: Continuously improve automation to boost agility and resilience.
Monitoring: Deploy and configure systems in dev & production, while tracking SLO/SLI metrics such as uptime, response time, and availability.
👤 About You
5+ years of experience as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer with a strong project portfolio.
Solid expertise in database & queue administration.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and containerization.
Mastery of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
At least 4 hours overlap with CET/CEST time zones.
Eligible for a visa and able to travel to Italy within 3 months of hiring.
