The Role:
They are hiring a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist on a part-time contract basis. The person in this role will manage recurring marketing activities that grow the agency’s visibility, share thought leadership, and engage their community across multiple channels. It’s a great fit for someone who is organized, creative, and enjoys balancing different projects each week.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Create and share a monthly newsletter with updates, insights, and resources.
- Write blog posts that connect with the target audience and reflect Yoko Co’s voice.
- Develop case studies and impact stories every two months to highlight client success.
- Plan and promote webinars, including campaign emails, landing pages, and follow-up.
- Manage social media content (around 4 posts weekly) and engage with the audience.
- Support the visibility of team members’ content by amplifying their work online.
🎯 What You’ll Need:
- Experience with content writing, social media, and digital marketing.
- Strong writing and editing skills for different audiences.
- Familiarity with tools like scheduling platforms, email software, and CMS.
- Excellent organization and ability to meet regular deadlines without micromanagement.
💼 Hours & Pay:
This is a part-time contract role, about 10–20 hours per week. Pay is competitive and depends on experience.
